Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping applies only to orders in the contiguous US (lower 48) and will be automatically added to qualifying orders. Free shipping method will be Economy (see more below).
Note: we do not ship to (Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada)
We use standard shipping (1-7 days) and this is usually via UPS Ground. There is no additional charge for this service.
Orders placed Tuesday through Friday by 4:00 PM (EDT) are generally shipped out the same day. Most orders placed on Monday are shipped on Monday as well, but this is the busiest day of the week and some will ship on Tuesday.
Easy Returns
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed and postmarked within 30 days. (Don't worry, we don't put price tags on the gifts we send out). Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, send it back (at your cost) and we'll pay the shipping on our end to send you the alternate product.
Need an exchange in a hurry? Just make a new purchase and return the other order for a refund. You will be responsible for the costs to send the product back to us. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.
For fastest processing, please call Stormstegalpacas.com customer service at info@stormstegalpacas.com. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Stormstegalpacas.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly, print your name, address on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

Tracking Your Order
We partner with UPS and FedEx for to shipping and logistics services. When packages are sent from our warehouse, you will be notified via email with tracking information included.
To track your package, simply log onto FedEx or UPS to confirm arrival day/time.
